We are the proud sponsors of the Tauranga Boxing Club and the Youth Development Programme. Gym owner and Head Coach Chris Walker has volunteered his time for over 20 years as a coach and mentor, helping develop and shape the lives of many youth, through the principals of sport and physical fitness. Chris Walker has been successful in building confident sportspeople in and out of the ring. Chris’ vast experience and qualifications make him the right man for the job.

We regularly hold Corporate fight nights raising funds for the Youth Development Programme. Anybody can accept the challenge of jumping in the ring and going head-to-head with a suitable opponent for 3 x 2 minute rounds. We put the fighters through a 6-week high intensity box camp that prepares them for the ring. These nights are a tonne of fun and the fighters gain a whole lot of results and respect!

Recently, we were the co-promoters of the highly successful “Lord of the Ring Corporate Charity Boxing” event, which raised over $81,000.00!!! ($70,000 for the Waipuna Hospice and $11,000.00 for local charities).
