Functional Fitness – 12 x Rounds of Total Body Conditioning
STUDIO 43 is our exclusive VIP functional training area designed to get the best results in the shortest amount of time. 12 + rounds of full body circuit training, modified each week to keep exercise fun and challenging. Full access during staffed and understaffed hours for heavy weight members. Please note there’s an extra cost for STUDIO 43 classes.
Weight Training – Tailored Weight Lifting Circuit
MODIFY is designed for everybody. Small group training that can be modified to suit your individual goals. If you’re looking to increase your base fitness, gain strength, build muscle, tone up or lose weight, MODIFY is for you!
Get a total body workout utilizing weight training in a small group environment personalised for you. 45 minutes (approx). Please note there’s an extra cost for MODIFY classes.
A moderate intensity workout designed for beginners. Fun and motivating! Combines boxing technique and cardio exercises in a quick 30 minute circuit.
An action-packed, heart pumping, boxing fitness workout. It’s blast! High intensity workout that challenges you. Includes toning and strength exercises, skipping and bag work. Awesome workout. If you want that endorphin rush, this class is for you.
Beginners – Low/Moderate Intensity
Designed to help you tone, increase fitness levels, and learn boxing skills. This is a non-contact class.
Intermediate – High Intensity
Learn the real deal! Footwork drills, head movement, defence, counter punching, single and two phase combinations, tag and shoulder sparring. This class has minimal contact for those who want boxing!
Women’s – Moderate Intensity
Action packed exciting class. This class is designed specifically for woman looking for fitness, strength, weight loss and self-confidence. Learn basic boxing skills.
Awesome cardio and toning workout, utilising weights and boxing to achieve total body conditioning.
A boxing fitness class designed for junior boxers aged 10-14 years old. Learn the boxing basics in a fun and challenging environment. This is a non-contact class.
This class is by invitation only, for those who want the challenge and excitement of being a competitive boxer. Train alongside the best boxers in New Zealand.
